No. White Slate operates at no cost to your property. Residents, members, or employees book and pay directly with White Slate for their own appointment.
What do we actually need to do?
Let your audience know the date is coming. That's the core commitment — typically one email or announcement, a post in your community app or newsletter, and a reminder closer to the date.
Is White Slate insured?
Yes. A certificate of insurance is provided in advance of any on-site event, and we coordinate directly with your property team on any access or approval requirements.
How many vehicles will be on-site?
Concierge Days are intentionally limited — typically a handful of confirmed appointments — so every vehicle receives the full White Slate standard of care without rushing.
What if not enough residents book?
We confirm a minimum number of appointments in advance of every event date. If that threshold isn't met, we simply reschedule rather than run a day that doesn't serve your residents well.
